Description We are looking to appoint a Chef de Partie to increase our brigade of chefs As Chef de Partie you will be working with good quality, seasonal ingredients and you will be expected to be capable of controlling your section in the kitchen. Requirements: A minimum 2 years working in high quality, fresh food kitchens ideally to at least one AA Rosette level is required for this role. Knowledge of a number of sections in the kitchen especially larder and dessert would be an advantage as you may be moving around the sections.
Notes Excellent Sole use en-suite accommodation Free WIFI. All meals on and off duty.
