Description
Answering Telephone and having face to face contact with all guests
Duties to include
Making Hotel Reservations
Handling Deposits and other payments
Booking Flights Booking Hire Car’s Taking Restaurant Bookings
Shift Reports and Cash Balances
Answering E-mails
You will be expected to assist in all aspects of the day-to-day running of this busy operation. You will be proficient in all aspects of Front Desk and Reservations procedures. You will be expected to maintain professional and productive working relationships with our private and tour operator clientele. Working on a Rota basis, including weekends and public holidays, as business requires. Rota is based on 42 hours in a five day week
Working shifts alone will be necessary
Excellent communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English and the ability to speak additional languages would be highly desirable. A professional and friendly telephone manner is essential along with excellent organizational skills. The ability to work and remain calm under pressure in a demanding customer environment will be necessary.
