About the role:
At Ocean Restaurant, we know that freshness and quality are important to our guests, so we work hard to include the best local produce and seasonal ingredients, available in abundance on Jersey. Our kitchen’s main responsibility is the award winning Ocean Restaurant, headed up by our Executive Chef Will Holland. Responsibilities includes washing up, basic food prep and cleaning down after service. So if you enjoy the buzz of a busy kitchen in a business that’s transforming, then this role is perfect for you.
Do you have what it takes?
As a Kitchen porter, you’ll be flexible in your approach to work, reliable and not afraid of hard work. You’ll build good relationships with the front of house team to make sure our guests get exactly what they want, quickly. no relevant industry experience is required. The candidate should be prepared to work varied rotas in line with the daily business.
