Role
• As Junior Sous Chef you will be part of the wider kitchen team but will also have the opportunity to run your own small kitchen
• You will ideally have experience as a Junior Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a thriving fast paced kitchen and will be able to lead and motivate as well as cook!
• You will work closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in ensuring a memorable guest experience.
