Commonwealth nationals aged 17 - 27 need a two year "Working Holiday Maker" permit to enter the Islands.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to work in our kitchen, you should be capable to run the kitchen on our head chefs days off and work as his second at other times.
We offer a menu covering seafood plus steaks from a chargrill oven (please view our menu on our website www.thelobsterandgrill.co.uk)
This is a premiant position and live in accommodation can be provided.
Our restaurant covers approximately 70 customers on an evening.
The position is available to commence at any date from mid September.

As the Sous Chef you will also run aspects of the kitchen in your own right and will have responsibilities that include training, input on menu design and motivating the chef brigade.
You will ideally have previously worked in a simular role and be capable of catering for around 70 guests in an evening.
Although training can be provided you will need to be able to show a good level/understanding of food hygine. Knowlege of both seafood and steaks service essential.

Live in on site accommodation available, en-suite, meals provided, laundry, free WIFI, housing license will be provided.
