Commonwealth nationals aged 17 - 27 need a two year "Working Holiday Maker" permit to enter the Islands.

This is a new all-encompassing UCC Total Coffee Solution field based role, promoting and growing market share across Jersey and Guernsey, responding to a broad range of service calls and equipment training requests, working in professional and efficient manner delivering a first class service to national UK brands and independents.

Key Responsibilities:
•Act as Company Coffee Ambassador at all times, ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered, ensuring customer and company procedures and standards are adhered to at all times and endeavour to improve the quality of after sales support.
•Carry out a broad range of coffee equipment repair and preventative maintenance tasks from fault finding to diagnosis, making sure all coffee equipment is left in a good working order.
•Ensure all work carried out meets the correct equipment set up as per agreed specification providing consistent coffee quality to ensure first time fix and customer satisfaction.
•Work proactively with the central call centre, by taking day to day instructions, keeping them updated, so waiting customers are kept informed.
•Work in partnership with Sales to ensure new and replacement equipment installations are to plan, with detailed training delivered, leaving the customer with confidence in how to maintain their coffee quality and equipment.
•Report business development opportunities within existing customer locations and potential new opportunities, identifying opportunities to add value to equipment, products or services supplied within our existing customer base
•Complete all necessary on-line job sheets, time sheets and supporting documentation as required, ensuring it is reviewed and completed prior to leaving premises, to validate client satisfaction.
•Keep in good working order all tools, equipment and vehicles supplied by the company, reporting any faults, breakages or equipment failures to your line manager daily.
•Provide agreed spare parts stocks via hand held unit to ensure that parts are invoiced to the customer, deducted from stock and replenished to maintain your vehicle stock inventory.
•Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, undertaking customer machine quality audits and risk assessments to ensure that it is safe to work and bring any risks or training needs to the attention of the company management

Self-motivated individual with a passion for coffee and customer service
•Confident and inspiring individual with clear communication skills
•Excellent understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment
•Demonstrates strong problem solving skills with an electrical mechanical background
•Computer literate with a clean driving licence
•Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, location and hours

Up to £32k + Overtime + Company Vehicle + 25 days Holiday + Pension + other Company benefits.
