Commonwealth nationals aged 17 - 27 need a two year "Working Holiday Maker" permit to enter the Islands.

•        Be the point of contact for clients
•        Support the Premier Relationship Manager in the day to day activity of meeting clients’ needs
•        Manage client contact and service including answering client calls and resolving enquiries
•        Prepare and manage data input and report generation
•        Enhance clients’ trust in HSBC capability of meeting their needs
•        Meet client expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, professionalism, and warmth

•        Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of All Premier Products (current accounts, savings, ISA)
•        Experience working in relevant environment/s, e.g. Branch Banking, Retail Banking
•        Experience working in relevant market/context, e.g. Wealth Management Markets
•        Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Customer Service Role
