Commonwealth nationals aged 17 - 27 need a two year "Working Holiday Maker" permit to enter the Islands.

•        Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, report writing together with research and discussions with other departments, to ensure that both the business and the programme are well engaged and informed
•        Ensure a smooth customer journey by providing a high quality service at first point of call to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
•        Manage complex cases efficiently whilst maintaining quality and compliance
•        Protect the Bank by being a part of Global Standards and Investigation
•        Provide excellent customer service at all times

•        Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Browser Main Menu (BMM) is desirable but not essential
•        Experience working in relevant environments
•        Experience working in relevant market, context
•        Past working experience in a relevant role
