Commonwealth nationals aged 17 - 27 need a two year "Working Holiday Maker" permit to enter the Islands.

An experienced 2nd Chef to work in a brigade of up to 6 chefs. .
Ideally you will already have good experience in a high-quality kitchen. You must be flexible to work on all sections as required and have the ability to train junior Chefs on each section. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and deputise when required. You must have good kitchen management skills and be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at all times.
Duties will include daily preparation and presentation of food and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean. Previous experience in the UK will be advantageous and preferably at minimum one rosette standard. This position requires a good level of English, good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Working a Five and a half day week
