Description
•        Contribute to the establishment of consistent, best-in-class Analytics, CRM and Data & Information Management capability,
•        Support the go-forward data strategy which will enable Advance Analytics & Machine Learning capabilities.
•        Develop effective working relationships with RBWM stakeholders to scope and define their analytics needs and create efficient analytical solutions for their needs
•        Develop Analytics and CRM framework for RBWM customer journey on each business area
•        Develop customer–centric contact strategy based on existing data for better customer engagement and deepening customer relationship
•        Assist the rollout of segment based customer management strategy in conjunction with proposition


Skills
•        Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Analytics / CRM / Management Information (MI) reporting in a banking environment
•        Experience of using relevant software packages e.g. SAS, R, SQL, Advanced Excel
•        Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Banking products and services is desirable but not essential
•        Consistently achieved objectives set for them and taken action to improve their own performance
