Description Our Brasserie style restaurant is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to become part of our kitchen team. Duties will include developing and learning new recipes, daily preparation and presentation of food and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean.
Qualifications and Experience
Cookery qualifications to NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent and basic food hygiene (CIEH Level 2) are essential. You will have at least 1 years culinary experience within a large 4/5* Hotel or 3 rosette restaurant to Demi Chef de Partie level.
Skills 1. Good level of spoken and written English; 2. Ability to supervise / train others effectively and excellent communication skills; 3. Ability to work under pressure and excellent time management; 4. Highly self motivated and good presentation; 5. Good interpersonal manners and works well in a team; 6. Adaptable, flexible and ready to learn.
