Description
•        Listen to customers, understand what they are saying and how they are feeling, and work with them to address their concerns and agree the way forward
•        Keep it simple for the customer by solving their problems through influencing, owning the issue and navigating our organisation to ensure successful resolution
•        Take ownership of the customer's situation, build confidence and trust
•        Deliver Superior Customer Service at all times
•        Creating long term and innovative solutions


Skills
Experience working in relevant environments, i.e. Complaint handling is desirable but not essential
•        A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
•        An open, flexible and supportive approach to change and innovation
•        Consistently achieved objectives set for them and taken action to improve their own performance
