This is a key role within the hotel, reception is the centre of communication to both our guests and other staff. The first and last point of contact.

Key Tasks will involve:
1. Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required.
2.To answer guest queries and requests both face to face and by phone.
3. To liaise with other departments in the hotel ensuring full communication and information flow at all times.
4. Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
5. Willingness to learn about the island.
