Hotel de France is looking for an ambitious and professional individual to join our Garden View Restaurant & Terrace team.
You will be keen to take on new challenges and committed to providing a courteous and professional service to our guests.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, duties will include ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant by supervising, motivating and Supporting the team.
You will be expected to deal with all guests’ requests effectively, to the best of your ability and to the required standard.
At least 1 year working experience at a supervisory level in a fast paced modern style Brasserie / Bistro.
Previous experience with micros POS or similar system advantageous and a good level of French
would be desirable.
