We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role Customer Service - Premier Associate.

In this role you will:
•        Listen to customers to identify and understand their needs
•        Identify sales opportunities and seeking to provide the right solution to meet your customers’ needs
•        Take ownership to resolve a range of customer queries including lost & stolen, transfers, payments, complaints, and emergency situations
•        Provide excellent service, going above and beyond customers’ expectations on every single call
•        Comply with the regulations and procedures that govern our business and products

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
•        Strong professional communication skills, both oral and written
•        Effective questioning techniques to establish customer needs quickly
•        A resilient attitude and self-motivation to achieve challenging targets
•        Good keyboard skills and be able to capture data accurately on a computer
