As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant from; recruiting & training, back of house paperwork, full financial accountability, great customer service and a want to drive the business forward from strength to strength.

•        To manage and demonstrate high quality guest care and service
•        To provide prompt, friendly and efficient lunch and dinner service
•        To check rosters are around the needs of the business
•        To have responsibility for the cashing up procedures when on duty
•        To maintain a proper control of the flow of customers through an adequate table management system

•        The Restaurant serves up to 80 covers per service and the menu is put together using clean flavors to produce an elegant A La Carte menu put together using the finest ingredients sourced locally to ensure the fullest flavors. The Restaurant also offers private dining
