Description
We are seeking to recruit an experienced professional to join our team in our food & beverage department.

The hotel is busy all year round with leisure and corporate clients. Incorporated into the business is the Pickled Pig Gastro Pub, which is one of the most popular dining out venues in town.

The job involves running shifts during breakfast, lunch and dinner services. Making sure the levels of customer care are always high.

Hours are mainly split shifts, either breakfast & dinner or lunch & dinner, including weekends. Contract is x 48 hours per week.

Skills
The successful applicant will have a sound catering background with a minimum 3 years experience as a Head Waiter or Asst Restaurant Manager in a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Sound knowledge of food and beverages including wines is vital, along with a natural flair for the hospitality industry.

High energy levels and and warm personality are also important.

Notes
A competitive weekly salary is on offer, plus an annual loyalty bonus. Live-in accommodation is available next door to the hotel.
