Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Operations Manager.

As Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Operations Director to deliver a first class hotel operation to our customers. You’ll be integral to ensuring that each and every one of our customers experiences the high standards of quality and service that they’ve come to expect from us.

You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing and supervising, making sure that we retain our reputation for providing a high quality product and service The ideal candidate will need to have a ‘hands on’ and ‘make it happen’ approach and will be passionate about the guest experience.

Overseeing the Food & Beverage operation and the day to day Duty Management of the Hotel, you will have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

1. Excellent customer care and a dynamic personality;
2. Strong commercial and business acumen.
3. Highly self motivated with good presentation and time management;
4. Demonstrable experience at developing business proposals and presenting at a senior level
5. Customer driven and keen to develop self and others;
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
7. Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team;
8. Adaptable and flexible.


Notes
Experience
With a proven track record in senior management, predominantly in Food & Beverage, 2+ years - within a similar role in 4/5 star hotel.

Qualifications
Relevant business related degree preferred, or qualified by experience.
Food Hygiene Level 3 / higher or equivalent is desirable.
