Commonwealth nationals aged 17 - 27 need a two year "Working Holiday Maker" permit to enter the Islands.

•        Develop and implement, as required, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF), counter proliferation, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption and sanctions policies and systems that ensure that GBP’s exposure to financial crime and reputational risks is managed
•        Assist Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) GPB Lead to ensure proactive approach is taken to identify financial crime risk change and potential impacts on GPB Business Model in region/country
•        Develop and continuously review for appropriateness a framework to monitor financial crime developments impacting the GPB within the region
•        Assist FCC GPB Lead to drive the regional implementation plans to quantify impacts and implement actions to address, manage, and mitigate impacts of regulatory changes on Global GPB
•        Assist FCC GPB Lead to review and assist in the effective deployment of the Financial Crime Compliance Assurance function in the region
•        Undertake the review of all SCC and higher risk cases, and escalate all issues and AML concerns appropriately
To be successful in this role you should meet the :

•        Robust level of Compliance and financial services knowledge and experience, including knowledge and practical experience of Group AML policy and principles and the Isle of Man AML/CTF Handbook and related legislation/orders
•        Proven analytical and reporting skills, together with the ability to support decisions with sound reasoning and to articulate verbally and in writing the potentially unwelcome messages to mitigate AML/CTF risk
