Description

COMMIS CHEF with PASTRY 2018

Due to our significant levels of summer bookings we require one additional, dedicated chef to prepare and cook a repertoire of high quality delicious desserts, pastries, puddings, cakes, bread, petit fours, ice creams and sorbets.

Skills
You will be required to exceed expectations and achieve excellence in the preparation and service of high quality desserts for two restaurants: one fine dining room and one poolside Bistro-Brasserie.
We have a reputation for serving great quality fresh food.
You will be part of a small, high quality kitchen brigade. You will be required to assist in most sections of our small, modern, state-of-the-art kitchen.


Notes
You will be expected to contribute towards the established reputation of the hotel using your own skills, ability and previous experience.
Excellent quality accommodation is provided in our exclusive state-of-the-art, on-site staff lodge.
