in the Channel Islands.
We thank you for posting your job or job seeking with CiJob.
In order to preserve the user experience on the CiJob web site advertisers
must comply with the following advertising standards:
All jobs listed on the CiJob web site must represent positions at your company.
Each job advertised must describe a unique position.
Advertising or recruitment agencies and non Channel Island companies wishing
to post jobs to the board must contact our sales representative directly prior
to posting vacancies.
By posting a job with CiJob, you acknowledge reading and accepting the aforementioned
terms and conditions and you represent, warrant and agree that you are not
in violation of our policies and standards.
While we take no responsibility whatsoever for the content of your ad, we
reserve the right to reject any ad at our discretion.
These terms are subject to change at any time by CiJob.
Services and Fees: You acknowledge acceptance of the fee(s) set forth on our
site. If
payment is not received within the specified period we may modify, suspend
or terminate your services or delete your information from the system without
notice.
Note - All services to Jobseekers are absolutely free.
Rights,
Responsibilities and Laws: You hereby grant to us and to the public the
right to use, copy or modify, in any form any communications or information
you utilise on the CiJob web site. You shall have absolutely no recourse against
us at CiJob for any alleged or actual infringement of any of your proprietary
rights.
In using the CiJob web site, you will abide by all applicable laws, rules
and regulations, and will not use the system to commit a crime, libel, slander,
obscenity, indecency, intellectual property infringement, or to plan, or encourage
or help others, to do so.
Limitations: The CiJob web site is provided "as is" and we make no
warranties, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness for a
particular use or purpose, title, non-infringement or otherwise. You and your
applicants' use of our system, including the content thereof, is entirely
at your sole risk; and that your use is expressly limited to the recruiting
of employees in accordance with our policies.
We will not be responsible to you or any third parties for any direct or indirect,
consequential, special or punitive damages or losses you may incur in connection
with or relating to our system. In the event the foregoing limitation is not
enforceable our maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the job
posting.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from all claims, liabilities,
losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees), relating to any acts,
or failures to act, by you or materials or information transmitted by you
in connection with our system.
Nature of Agreement : These terms represent the entire binding agreement
between your company and CiJob, our respective successors and assignors, supersede
any and all prior understanding, statements and/or representations regarding
CiJob.
You will ensure that all of your employees and representatives using, or otherwise
having access to the system, do so only in strict accordance with the Terms
and Conditions referenced in this contract. No provision hereof may be amended,
modified, assigned or waived by you, except in writing signed by both parties.
In using the CiJob web site you agree to abide by all local employment
and immigration laws, rules and regulations applicable in your relevant island.
